Outline planning granted for further development

Infinity Park Derby renewed planning consent for 87-hectare development. The approved plans include 1,799,000 sq ft of facilities for storage and distribution, general and light industrial purposes, research and development, associated office spaces, a hotel, public house, and a café.

Detailed planning granted for 507,503 sq ft warehouse

Infinity Park Derby has recently secured detailed planning permission for a large scale warehouse development. Enjoying a prominent position on Infinity Park Way, Plot D2 enjoys B2 and B8 use permission, and will be brought forward as a high quality speculative build opportunity in 2024.

Cutting-edge facility for Oregon Timber Frame

Oregon Timber Frame have completed a £45 million production facility, bringing 200 manufacturing jobs to Infinity Park Derby. Owned by Barratt Homes, the 186,000 sq ft factory will increase the number of homes that Barratt builds off-site, as part of a commitment to become operationally carbon neutral by 2030.

Nuclear Skills Academy’s first full academic year

Apprentices have completed their first year in The Nuclear Skills Academy at Infinity Park Derby. Supported by Rolls-Royce, the Academy will train 200 people per year across four different courses, creating the next generation of highly skilled nuclear professionals.

Sparking innovation at NAMRC Midlands

The UK’s latest Nuclear Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (NAMRC) is now operational at Infinity Park Derby. The 46,728 sq ft facility specialises in emerging nuclear technology areas including digital engineering, control and instrumentation systems, and additive manufacturing.
